We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

Choose Your Remedy

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit with a bonus 10% value for your next shop.

Print & Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

Ship It Back

Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location. You will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return.
